Electronic Trades Worker

All Trades Contract Services are looking for experienced Electronic Trades Workers to work with our client in Hawkes Bay. 

Due to the nature of the industry, there could be the requirement or onsite work outside of Hawkes Bay. 

About the role: 

• Starting wage of $30.00 per hour. 
• Minimum guranteed 30 hours per week. 

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

• Conducts all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished, final products or packing where integarded with production lines. Ensures products are assembled to high quality in apperance and standards. 
• Performs work manually or by using light hand tools. 
• Performs regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. Reassembling, testing and adjusting electrical componentry and equipment to meet expected quality standards. 
• Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area aligned to 5S principles 
• Installing electronic instruments and control systems
• Use assembly equipment & tools correctly and in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Use multimeter and other electrical test equipment to ensure electrical safety standards are met. 
• Participes in training to understand product documentation and assembly methods. 
• Uses knowledge of electronic or electrical circuitry to ensure accuracy in the product build. 
• Reads and interprets the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. 

Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
