Vehicle Painter

Requirements:

2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification（For bachelor's degree or above, there are no restrictions on major.）

Duties and Responsibilities：

Removing rough spots, scratches, and corrosion from vehicle panels

Sanding vehicle surfaces by hand and with power sanders to ensure smooth base for painting

Masking areas not to be painted using tape, plastic and paper

Matching and mixing paints to match vehicle colours, or selecting appropriate pre-mixed paint formulas

Applying primer, top coats, and clear coats using spray-guns in controlled spray booth environments

Sanding and preparing surfaces between coats to achieve optimal finish

Touching up small paint imperfections and blending areas with surrounding surfaces

Removing masking materials post-paint and performing final polish and buffing of paintwork

Painting signs, logos, striping, or decorative artwork on vehicles when required

Applying rust-proofing treatments and protective sealants to vehicle bodies and undercarriages

Maintaining tools, equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness, safety and operational readiness
