Store Manger for Liquor Store
My Liquor Limited T/A Bottle O are looking for two experienced Retail Store Managers, to cover our stores in Christchurch and Hokitika. The positions are guaranteed for at least 30hrs per week and attract a pay range of $25 to 30
The ideal candidates will be proactive, driven and enjoy working with & developing a great team of people. You will need to be highly organised and self-motivated and have a can-do attitude as well as a desire to see the business grow through your input and vision.
The duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that customers receive the best service possible from the team and manage any issues or complaints effectively
- Managing the stores financial performance, including cash reconciliation, invoicing/receivables, and cashflow and budget management
- Coordinating deliveries and stock with suppliers and ensure stock levels are appropriately managed
- Determining product offering, including rising and falling trends and promotional and marketing opportunities for the store
- Health and safety and legislative compliance for the store
- Manage and coordinate staff, training, and HR policies and requirements
- Reporting to the store owner on a monthly basis regarding operations and performance
You will have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience and an LCQ certificate.
The role may require travel between stores to cover leave, in which case travel costs will be covered by the company.
