We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Showroom & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for the seamless integration of showroom presentation, multi-site logistics, and high-standard after-sales support.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our Henderson showroom while ensuring the supply chain and stock distribution between our main warehouse and branch stores remain efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showroom & Visual Management: Lead the visual merchandising, layout and fitness equipment display at the Henderson showroom to optimize customer flow and product visibility.

• Sales & Customer Relations: Manage end-to-end sales processes for both walk-in showroom customers and online inquiries, ensuring staff provide accurate technical specifications and maintain high conversion rates.

• Supply Chain & Inter-branch Logistics: Strategically coordinate the allocation and transfer of stock between the main warehouse and branch locations; manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or oversupply.

• After-Sales & Quality Assurance: Act as the primary lead for warranty claims and equipment malfunctions; establish SOPs for spare parts management and conduct final quality checks on machinery before dispatch.

• Compliance & Operational Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety at Work (HSWA) regulations; prepare detailed monthly reports on stock turnover, sales trends, and service performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education: A tertiary qualification Diploma or higher is required. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. OR

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year work experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or retail management.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and a strong technical understanding of fitness machinery components and maintenance.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate stock movements across multiple sites and lead teams in high-pressure environments.
