Lawn & Garden Maintenance Technician

MFLtd Lawn & Garden Specialists is a growing outdoor maintenance business delivering reliable, high-quality lawn and garden services to residential and commercial clients. We’re looking for two Lawn & Garden Maintenance Technician  who take pride in their work and enjoy being outdoors.

About the Role
You will be keeping lawns and gardens neat, healthy, and well-presented. This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and consistent routines.

Typical duties include:

  - Lawn mowing and edging
  - Weed control and garden tidy-ups
  - Hedge and shrub trimming
  - Green waste removal and site clean-up
  - General outdoor property maintenance

What We’re Looking For

  - Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
  - Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  - Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
  - Full driver’s license preferred (not essential but advantageous)
  - Previous lawn or garden maintenance experience is a bonus, but training can be provided for the right person

Compliance Requirements
(Must have or be willing to obtain)

  - Police Check
