We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Manager ready to join the team. An experienced or qualified manager will be responsible for the overall management of the operation of the business.
- Previous management experience in liquor industry or Retail will be great
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A current and up to date LCQ and duty manager certificate or the ability to get one
- Applicant should have a valid NZ working visa
Duties Include:
- Operating till to serve customers and manage store at working hours
- Ensure store had adequate supply of all the items and knowledge of stocktake
- Inventory management, Record stock and deliveries
- Provide good customer service, handle all customer enquiries and complains efficiently
- Cash handling and summarising daily sales at the end of the shift
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety standards with relevant requirements
- Strictly enforce Sale and supply of alcohol act 2012
- Dealing with suppliers, budgeting and ordering and maintaining stock
- Be physically fit as heavy lifting is required as a part of role
- Maintaining quality standards
