Sales Manager

About the role - Tasks & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a sales manager to join our high-performing sales team. You will be working closely with Chinese community to build partnerships which support the growth of business. 

Key tasks and responsibilities will be to: 

• Build sales team and lead the team work in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrolment volume
• Work closely with business partners to promote courses and programmes
• Liaison with clients and staff to offer fantastic learning experience to clients 

The details of the position include: 

• Location: Auckland, New Zealand 
• Permanent full-time 
• Positions for this job: 1
• Pay rate: $30 to $35 per hour 
• Days required: 5-6 days/week 
• Hours per week: minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 55 hours per week

About you – Qualification and Experience: 

You are a natural people leader with experience of developing high performing teams. Your exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships will be the key to your success. Ideally, you will also have: 

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not required, or
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or sales related roles
• Must have fluent Mandarin
