Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience or level 4 qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily transport and courier service operations across Auckland.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor fleet availability, vehicle servicing requirements, and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage staff performance, training, and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with NZTA regulations, logbook rules, and H&S procedures.
  • Resolve customer queries, delivery issues, and service complaints.
  • Maintain operational records, performance reports, and delivery metrics.
  • Implement cost‑effective delivery and route optimisation strategies.
  • Liaise with management regarding operational issues, workload, and improvements.
