We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications

Planning menus and estimating food requirements

Monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation

Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained

Managing stock control and ordering supplies

Supervising and training kitchen staff where required

Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Level 4 qualification (or higher) in Cookery
- OR At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Applicants must demonstrate strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
This is a genuine, full-time position offering ongoing employment. The pay rate meets New Zealand market standards and will be discussed with suitable candidates based on experience.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (guaranteed)
Pay Rate:$25 to $35 Per hour
