We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join us as commercial cleaner in Wellington. This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week, and we are looking for someone who demonstrates a positive, can- do attitude and is willing to take initiative in their work.

The candidate must be able to work but not limited to:
 Restocking hand towels and sanitizer,
 Perform cleaning duties in various commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
 Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a spotless environment.
 Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas.
 Empty and dispose of trash in a responsible manner.
 Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely.
 Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
 Report any damages or issues to the supervisor promptly.
 Collaborate with team members to achieve and maintain cleanliness goals.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
 Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move equipment or supplies.
 Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
 Good communication skills.

Additional requirements:
 The successful candidates must hold a Class 1 driver's license or equivalent overseas license.
 Available to work on both weekdays and weekends with flexible hours based on roster, as cleaning site schedules may vary.
 Able to work split shifts during the day, depending on the requirements of cleaning sites.

The successful candidate must have a clean driving and criminal record.
