Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard

Manage your designated kitchen section during service

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage

Support menu development and seasonal specials when required

Train and support junior kitchen team members
Job Prerequisites:
Applicants must meet one of the following:
-
Minimum 2+ years’ onshore experience in a similar Chef de Partie or senior cook role

Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
-
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
-
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
-
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
