We are looking for 2 x enthusiastic and capable candidates for warehouse pick packer’s position for picking and packing at our distribution warehouse in Dunedin.

It is a full time role working at least 30 hours per week,  including evening shifts and weekend. 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Able to work long and

  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and early morning and evening shifts

  • High school education required OR

  • 0 - 12 months experience in similar field 

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (bread trays, milk crates, dairy cartons).

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts if required. Be available to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 4:00am to 7:00pm rotating roster

You will be required to perform as per below:

  • Accurately pick and pack bread, milk, and dairy products according to delivery run sheets and customer orders.

  • Operate appropriate packing machines and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure correct labelling, sealing, and palletising of products for dispatch.

  • Check product quality, packaging condition, and expiry dates before dispatch (FIFO stock rotation).

  • Prepare and load delivery vehicles in a safe and organised manner.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including regular cleaning of work areas, chillers, storage racks, and equipment.

  • Carry out general warehouse maintenance duties to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

  • Assist with stock control, stock takes, and inventory management.

  • Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company compliance procedures.

  • Work closely with drivers and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods


Note: Any other related task may be allocated from time to time as assigned by the employer/owner in writing.
