Simong Trade Limited is a well-established laundry store based in Auckland. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Store Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our laundry business.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering 30–40 hours per week on a rostered basis, with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week. The hourly rate ranges from $28.00 to $35.00, depending on your skills, qualifications, and work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Managing the daily operations of the laundry store

•       Supervising and training staff members

•       Ensuring high standards of customer service

•       Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints

•       Managing work schedules and staff rostering

•       Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies

•       Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

•       Maintaining quality control standards

Requirements:

•       At least 2 years of experience in business management/laundry industry, or a diploma qualification in business management at level 5 or higher

•       Strong leadership and communication skills

•       Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•       Responsible, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
