35 hours per week full time job , locates at Auckland central.
Request: Bechelor of Architecutral studies or three years relevant work expierences.
o preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications
o Project based design and documentation work for architectural projects at a range of scales
o preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings
o coordinating works programs
o Compiling data and information for architectural plans
o Checking drawings for compliance with regulations and standards
o Project research, review applicable codes and standards.
o Production of documents using 2D and 3D computer aided design software.
o 3D Digital modelling and visualization work for design and presentation purposes using various software programs.
o Strong teamwork, provide support to peers to meet deadlines and client demands.
o Report to project Lead for direction daily.
o Assist ARX Staff and/or its contractors on projects as required.
o Liaison with Directors。
