We are a fast-growing professional cleaning company based in Auckland. We provide specialist cleaning and maintenance services to commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food businesses across the region.

We are now looking for a motivated Client Service Manager to help us grow our commercial client base, build strong relationships, and expand our service divisions. We offer a competitive wage of $24.00 - $24.50 / hour and we guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and grow new and existing commercial client relationships to drive revenue, retention, and long-term partnerships.
    • Identify business opportunities through market research, lead generation, client engagement, and site assessments.
    • Conduct client consultations and prepare tailored commercial cleaning solutions, proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new and repeat business.
    • Manage escalated client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
    • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards, timelines, and client expectations.
    • Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to fulfil all client commitments efficiently.
    • Implement and improve client service and operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
    • Monitor clients feedback and performance metrics, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM systems.
    • Prepare and present reports on client service performance, revenue outcomes, and improvement actions.
    • Train, coach, and support staff, monitoring performance and implementing improvement plans where required.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets, including travel within Auckland as required.

Requirements:
    • Hold a Diploma in business, management, or Communication or related field 
    • Relevant experience in a cleaning, maintenance, or service-based is preferred but not essential
    • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Reliable, punctual, and willing to be hands-on when required.
    • A positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to quality service.
