We have a unique opportunity for a passionate Regional Operational Manager to join our team and support the existing stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the operations of all stores, ensuring alignment with company standards and growth objectives.

Oversee and control the supply chain functions of all stores, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.

Following up on in store orders and transfers ensuring stock is in the correct place

Coordinating and running stocktakes in stores and our distribution centre.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions, including pricing and cost management.

Oversee and manage cash flow, and authorise account payments.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions, including pricing and cost management.

Oversee financial administration, including accounting systems, procurement processes, and asset management.

Ensure staff are well trained and have staff to fill any vacant positions

Ensure staff are aware about health and safety protocols.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

 

2+ years of experience in management preferrably in liquor industry

Proficient data analysis skills to interpret sales data; effectively uses relevant Microsoft operating systems,office technologies and digital tools.

Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with co workers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Have a strong commercial acumen and business knowledge, with the ability to drive performance within your teams

Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across different levels

Ability to manage budgets and understand financial implications

The candidate must have a clear police record.
