Summary:
A great opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Courier 
Drivers. This is a Permanent Full-time position. You will support as a Driver in the 
collection, delivery of freight and mail from various locations. You will also liaise with 
the team and support them where required. Being customer-focused, you will provide 
an excellent level of customer service, building rapport, and relationships as you go.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivery Operations: Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses 
safely and on time.
• Safe Handling: Assist with loading and unloading vehicles to prevent any damage 
to goods.
• Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier service by answering questions, handling 
complaints, and building professional relationships.
• Route Management: Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while maintaining 
constant communication with management regarding any changes or 
obstructions.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety, security, and transportation laws while 
maintaining a clean driving record.
• Vehicle Care: Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, fuelled, and wellmaintained for daily use.
• Leadership & Performance: Supervise field crews during network activities and 
drive team performance by identifying development needs.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain delivery reports and other essential 
documentation.


Skills & Requirements

• Licensing: Must hold a Full New Zealand Class 1 driver's license or equivalent 
overseas license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg daily
• Availability: Flexible to work Monday to Sunday with varying start and finish times 
based on mail volumes.
• Vetting: Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice 
background check.
• Core Skills: Strong numeracy and reading skills paired with a positive "can-do" 
attitude.
• Resilience: Ability to work in all weather conditions where practically possible
