We have one full-time permanent job available at our Bike Shop located in Nelson. 

Work days: Tuesday to Saturday, 2 days off. Minimum of 30hours per week, maximum of 40hours per week.

Aiming a high level of customer satisfaction.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the bike shop including sales, service, and staff management.

• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Ordering stock and managing inventory levels.

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

• Assisting customers in selecting bicycles and accessories that meet their needs.

• Organizing and overseeing bike repairs and maintenance.

• Ensuring the shop meets health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized shop floor.

• Training and mentoring staff, and scheduling work shifts.

• Handle customer complaints or issues and provide excellent customer service.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the bicycle industry.

 

*You must have 2 years of work experience, Qualification is not required, Must provide the latest police certificate, must provide recent drug test result, must have a full and clean driver's license
