TCS Cleaning Ltd is based in Auckland. We are looking for a contract administrator to join us to support our daily operation.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for administering, monitoring, and coordinating commercial cleaning service contracts to ensure contractual compliance, operational performance, and risk control across all client sites. The role supports the company’s service delivery operations by managing contract documentation, variations, renewals, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and contractual obligations
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain all cleaning service contracts, including client agreements, subcontractor agreements, and supplier contracts, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Review and interpret contract terms and service specifications to ensure operational teams deliver services in accordance with agreed service levels, schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with operations managers and other staffs to monitor contract performance, service deliverables, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare, review, and manage contract variations, renewals, extensions, and amendments, ensuring all changes are properly documented and authorised.
- Monitor key contractual milestones, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance indicators to ensure adherence to agreed terms.
- Identify contractual risks, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues and escalate to management with recommended corrective actions.
- Maintain contract registers and reporting systems to support management oversight and audit requirements.
- Assist in pricing reviews, cost monitoring, and contract financial tracking to ensure commercial viability and alignment with agreed budgets.
- Liaise with clients regarding contractual documentation, service scope clarifications, and variation approvals.
- Support internal compliance processes including health and safety obligations, insurance requirements, and statutory documentation linked to contractual agreements.
The successful candidate must have:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, OR an equivalent NZ Level 5 or above, OR a Bachelor's qualification in any discipline.
