Location: Newmarket, Auckland

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Work time within: 12:00 am to 21:00 pm Monday to Sunday

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the company’s business growth and market expansion strategies by delivering data-driven marketing initiatives, developing brand visibility, and identifying new market opportunities for both new and existing products and services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

· Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services

· Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to assess market demand, consumer behaviour, and market characteristics

· Supporting business growth and development through the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs

· Advising management on all elements of marketing strategy, including:

1. product mix
2. pricing strategies
3. advertising and sales promotion
4. selling methods
5. distribution and sales channels

· Developing and implementing strategies to ensure brand visibility, consistency, and long-term brand identity

· Monitoring marketing performance and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making

Key Requirements

· A degree qualification in Marketing or a related field, or at lease 2 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or market research role

· Strong analytical and research skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

· Strong organisational and project management capabilities

· Passionate about and highly interested in Trading Card Games
