We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join Chhina Foodmart Limited. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused person to become part of our small and dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and be willing to learn new skills. You should be a team player who can work hard while maintaining a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

The candidate must be able to work but not limited to:
 Assuring that customer service is prompt and that stock levels and services are of high quality.
 Must be able to cope up with the purchasing and marketing policies including setting the prices of stocks.
 To promote and advertise the goods and services provided by our company.
 Advising the customers for services and product use along with selling the goods and services.
 To carefully maintain the records of the levels of the available stocks and financial transactions.
 Identifying appropriate actions and planning the budgeting for the establishment.
 To precisely control the selection and training of the staff including the supervising the staff carefully while training.
 Must ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
 Establishing and enforcing safety and security procedures


You will bring us: -
 The successful candidate must hold 3 years of work experience or a minimum level 5 qualification.
 Strong customer service skills.
 Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store.

It’s a full-time permanent role, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Applicants for this
