Topline Horticulture Limited is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee client communications, after-sales services, and contract management. The role involves handling client relations, negotiating new contracts, and ensuring the fulfillment of client requirements in collaboration with other team members.
We are looking for a Client Service Manager with skills to plan ,administer and review the services.
and after sales services with our client and contractors alike to maintain sound relations and secure
new work contracts.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Handling all communication with current client’s
Obtaining new clients/work
o Negotiating new contract deals including associated scope of work, budgets,
financing, staffing levels, supplies required.
o Collaborating with other managers/Director to ensure the client requirements to be
fulfilled.
Developing & reviewing policies and procedures concerning client relationships as well as
the services being provided to the client.
Providing direction to other team members to enable the agreed services are undertaken
promptly.
Problem solving any issues with other team members/clients as they arise to ensure all
parties are satisfied, working together for best outcomes.
Completing follow up services/feedback from clients as to their satisfaction with
performance, budget and make any modifications/improvements as required.
Key Attributes
Must be able to work independently and without direct Supervision
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Have a desire to grow knowledge and skills in the business management field.
Be flexible and good at negotiations.
Have basic computer skills and ability to use programs such as Microsoft work, any
experience with CRM software is beneficial.
Topline Horticulture Limited is committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace. The successful
applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug test.
We are located in Welcome Bay, however our work sites are across the wider Bay of Plenty area.
Hours of work are a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
Pay rates starting at $35.00, however may be increased based on experience.
