This is a minimum wage job. You will need to be available to work on weendends and public holidays. Philipino language ability is a must to work with the team. Drug test and police check will be required for successful candidates.

l  Loading and unloading building and construction materials, tools and equipment and transporting them around building sites

l  Assist Carpenter to prepare materials, dimensions & installation procedures

l  Cut wood, materials, assemble and install parts

l  Erect wooden frames and trusses

l  Install skirting boards, wallboards, floorboards, stairs, and fence

l  Nail fascia panels, sheathing roofs, and install exterior wall cladding and door/window frames

l  Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items, and install them when required

l  Interior lining and finish

l  Take other relevant duties as required by the carpenter or team leader
