We are looking for two experienced Class 5 drivers. Below are the further details:

Hourly rate: $29.66-$32 per hour.

Minimum weekly hours: 30-40 each week. Any extra hours worked over 30 each week will be compensated at base hourly rate.

Requirements:

·   Class 5 New Zealand licence or equivalent overseas licence

·   Minimum 3-6 months of relevant experience

·   Have clean criminal record.

·   Able to do some heavy lifting from time to time

·   Able to communicate effectively and complete paperwork accurately 

Job Duties;

·        Plan the delivery goods correctly so that they are delivered on time. 

·        Drive on different routes to deliver goods.

·        Supervise load and unload of products from the trucks.

·        Transport all fragile and heavy items carefully.

·        Maintain and update the record of all deliveries.

·        Inspect trucks on a daily basis for cleanliness and good working conditions.

·        Ensure to follow the traffic and driving rules.

·        Collect delivery confirmation from the customers.

·        Monitor and refuel oil in the truck as and when needed.

·        Report if there are any defects in the truck or if it requires maintenance.
