Position Overview
Project Driving Auto Limited is a leading automotive service provider delivering vehicle maintenance and repair solutions across Auckland. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.
This role plays a central part in identifying market opportunities, advising management on promotional strategies, and ensuring marketing initiatives are data-driven, targeted, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the automotive service industry, collecting and analysing statistical and consumer data.

Advise management on advertising strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing approaches to effectively reach target audiences and promote Project Driving Auto Limited’s vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and email, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.

Develop and review marketing plans, including pricing strategies, service positioning, service offerings, and promotional activities, to maximize customer engagement and business performance.

Coordinate production of marketing and advertising content, including copywriting, visual materials, videos, and media placement, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, customer acquisition data, and other relevant statistics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations to optimize future strategies.

Research potential demand for new services or service packages, interpreting consumer preferences and predicting future trends to inform marketing initiatives.

Manage content creation and updates for the company website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu), newsletters, and other digital channels.

Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and support promotional activities.

Advise on all elements of marketing strategy, including service mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, distribution channels, and digital marketing optimization.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in a marketing role; experience in automotive or service industries is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Knowledge of the New Zealand market, automotive sector, and local consumer behaviour is highly desirable.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30–40 hours per week. Weekend work may be required during promotional campaigns or special events.
