Business Sales Representative(s)

As Business Sales Representative(s); your role is primarily to promote and sell residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role involves generating new leads, conducting site visits, preparing technical quotations, and achieving sales targets. You must build strong client relationships with contractors, builders, internal team members, etc. while coordinating with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  Main Responsibilities: 

1. Customer and Retailer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships by guiding them through our products and services

• Respond to customer or retailer inquiries quickly, accurately, and solutions-focused

• Execute outbound call plans aligned with daily targets and campaigns

     2. Sales Support and Strategy Execution

• Identify opportunities that support sales objectives and growth targets

• Drive conversions through value-driven conversations and promotion of relevant initiatives

• Implement cycle plans to meet KPIs and report on performance

     3. CRM and Data Management

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system

• Report and analyse data weekly and monthly to inform strategy

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards

    4. Performance Metrics

• Efficient inbound and outbound customer interactions

• Achieve KPIs including sales targets, etc.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required: 

• Must have atleast one year of proven experience in similar role or New Zealand Level 2 or 3 qualification or higher certificate or higher diploma or higher qualification.
• Must have current driver's licence.
• A team member must have good communication skills and also time management skills.

Pay Rate:

Minimum - $35.00 per hour

Maximum - $38.00 per hour

Hours of Work:

Minimum - 30 hours per week

Maximum - 40 hours per week
