With up coming work and company expansion we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Landscaper to join our team on the North Shore.

You will play a key role in driving the business forward by implementing new systems and processes, managing and coordinating a team of landscapers and ensuring that all projects meet deadlines. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and coordinate a team of landscapers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
 Implement new operational systems and technology to enhance efficiency.
 Display strong leadership and mentorship to guide and support team members.
 Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
 Maintain hands-on involvement in day-to-day landscaping tasks.
 Uphold honesty, reliability and integrity in all aspects of the role.


Ideal Candidate:
 Proven experience in landscaping with a strong background in managing and coordinating teams.
 Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
 Hands-on experience with a variety of landscaping tasks.
 Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a commitment to high standards.
 Ability to implement and optimize operational systems to improve business processes.
