Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Payroll Lead for an exciting six months fixed term position. This role is working three days a week (0.6 FTE).

The role is leading a team of payroll professionals and HRIS systems. This role leads the payroll function for the organisation. 

This position is located in Wellington Central.  

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least one years previous experience working as a Payroll Lead
  • Strong systems and HRIS experience
  • The ability to lead the payroll function 
  • Leadership and management experience 
  • Excellent relationship building skills

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
