Extrastaff are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Offsider to join a well-established team in the roading industry. This role offers long-term potential, ongoing training, and an opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive environment.

About the Role

You will spend most of your day assisting the Truck Driver with day-to-day duties on roading projects. At times, you will be required to move trucks, so a Full NZ Class 2 license is essential.

This position is physically demanding—you’ll need to be comfortable with hands-on manual work and working outdoors.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full NZ Class 2 Driver Licence with proven NZ driving experience
  • Physically fit, hardworking, and not afraid of manual labour
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work 10-hour days with early starts
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
