About the Role
This is a hands-on role supporting our fabrication and installation teams both in the workshop and on-site across New Zealand. You will assist qualified tradespeople and gain exposure to a specialised and unique industry.
No specific trade qualification is required — we are looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting sheet metal workers and installers with fabrication and assembly
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials safely
- Measuring, marking, and preparing materials as directed
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with installation of metal panels and components on-site
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Identifying and reporting potential site issues
What We Are Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel throughout New Zealand
- Basic understanding of site safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
