An Auckland based company is looking for a warehouse manager to manage store and/or warehouse. Our client operates a highvolume food and beverage distribution business supplying retail, wholesale, and resort customers. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and delivery coordination.


This role carries responsibility for maintaining product integrity across goods, ensuring strong
inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team capability. The successful candidate will provide handson leadership to supervisors, delivery teams, and warehouse staff, fostering a safe, organized, and performance driven environment.


Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and
delivery
 Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards
 Lead and develop warehouse teams, including supervisors and operational staff
 Ensure inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and regular cycle counts
 Coordinate inbound shipments, customs clearance, and container movements
 Monitor operational performance metrics, including DIFOT and stock accuracy
 Drive continuous improvement across warehouse systems, processes, and layout


Skills & Experience:
 The applicants with a qualification in Bachelor Degree or higher in any field or Diploma in
business or management Level 7 will be considered for this role. In alternate to qualification
two-years relevant experience can be considered.
 Strong leadership capability and experience managing operational teams
 Proficiency with inventory systems and strong Excel skills
 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
 Handson, solutionsfocused, and effective under pressure
 Having Forklift license will be advantageous, but not mandatory.
