Well‑respected, expanding workshop
Full‑time with overtime available

Are you an Auto Sparky who loves solving problems, tackling variety, and working with a genuinely good crew?
If you enjoy hands‑on electrical work across different vehicles and want to be part of a workshop that values quality and good humour, this could be your next move.

A highly regarded automotive workshop is expanding and looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to join their high‑performing team. This is a place where people look after each other and every day brings something new.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
Huge Variety of Electrical Work
  • You’ll work across a broad mix of vehicles — heavy transport, commercial fleets, utes, 4WDs, and everyday cars.
  • No two days look the same, and you’ll get to flex your electrical expertise across different systems, technologies, and setups.
A Team That Actually Has Your Back
  • This is a positive, down‑to‑earth workshop that values respect, hard work, helpfulness, and a good laugh.
  • If you like being part of a solid team that supports each other, you’ll feel right at home.
Ongoing Development
  • Whether you want to broaden your skillset, take on more complex systems, or future‑proof your career, this workshop encourages continuous learning and improvement.
Plenty of Work (and Overtime if You Want It)
  • Workloads are consistent, and overtime is available for those keen to top up their pay.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Are a qualified Auto Electrician with solid hands‑on experience
  • Can work confidently across multiple vehicle types
  • Have strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Take a tidy, methodical approach to your work
  • Hold full NZ work rights (resident/citizen preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing Daily
  • Fault‑finding and diagnosing electrical issues
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
  • Working on lighting, wiring, charging systems, sensors, electronics & more
  • Supporting mechanical repairs as part of the wider workshop team
  • Keeping your workspace tidy and your work to a high standard
If you’re after stability, variety, and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do — this is it.
