Mobile Hand is looking for 2 passionate and skilled Workshop Managers to join our team.

ldeal candidate must have thefollowings:

Must have at least 2 years similar industry experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime

Must be flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of workshop

  2. Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.

  3. Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff performance.

  4. Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.

  5. Plan and control budgets, monitor revenue and manage operational costs.

  6. Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.

  7. Manage stock levels, order supplies, and negotiate with suppliers.

  8. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints.

  9. Ensure compliance with New Zealand health and safety regulations.

  10. Maintain business records, prepare reports, and support business growth initiatives.
