Established powdercoating business in the Waikato seeking an experienced sandblaster/powdercoater to join our production team

We are a practical, hands-on workshop with a diverse customer. We value reliability, consistency, and people who take pride in producing quality work. We powdercoat a diverse range of products, so the role requires adaptability and attention to detail across varying job types

The Role

  • Powdercoating pretreatment & Preparation
  • Powder application
  • Sandblasting
  • Forklift operation
  • General workshop duties
  • Quality control and housekeeping

You Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years’ spray painting or powdercoating experience
  • Minimum 1 year sandblasting experience
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Attention to detail
  • Drug-free (pre-employment and random testing apply)

Minimum 40 hours per week. Overtime available during busy periods.

Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
