Job Summary

We are looking for Store Assistants, those who can provide vital operational support to the Store Manager and service team to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of service, managing inventory efficiency, and assisting with daily administrative and financial tasks to support the restaurant's overall profitability and growth.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice 
    background check.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support the service staff in providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

·         Assist in day-to-day operations to maintain an efficient workflow and high-quality service.

·         Help maintain a customer-centric focus by ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

·         Assist with monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure proper stock.

·         Support cost control efforts and contribute to the restaurant's overall profitability.

·         Help maintain staff schedules and assist in balancing the daily workload.

·         Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.

·         Support the recruitment process for new team members as required.

·         Contribute to daily business management and assist with strategic planning tasks.

·         Help prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and petty cash records.

·         Assist in promoting menu items and specials through various advertising efforts.

·         Adhere to all company policies and local health and safety regulations.

·         Perform additional operational duties as requested by the Store Manager or Director.
