This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting a sales team within the recruitment or a service-based industry, and who understands the importance of accuracy, brand consistency and proactive follow-up.
What you’ll be doing:
Proposal & Tender Coordination
- Coordinating and preparing high-quality proposals, quotes and tender submissions
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant, professionally formatted and on-brand
- Liaising with internal teams to gather required information
- Maintaining up-to-date templates, capability statements, brochures and rate cards
- Supporting branches with approved, consistent sales materials
- Ensuring all documents align with brand standards
- Managing a central register of quotes, tenders and opportunities
- Tracking progress and prompting timely follow-ups
- Escalating ageing or at-risk opportunities
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reports on client activity and performance
- Identifying trends, gaps and follow-up opportunities
- Providing clear insights to support targeted sales activity and informed decision-making
- Maintaining accurate rate structures and identifying discrepancies
- Producing clear, reliable reports to support sales activity and decision-making
You’ll bring:
- Experience supporting sales teams, ideally within recruitment or a service-based business
- Strong proposal and tender documentation experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and document formatting skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and Excel
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
