Sales Support Specialist
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our sales operations, enhance reporting, and ensure all proposals, tenders, and client-facing materials are polished, professional and delivered on time.
 
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting a sales team within the recruitment or a service-based industry, and who understands the importance of accuracy, brand consistency and proactive follow-up.
 
What you’ll be doing:
Proposal & Tender Coordination
  • Coordinating and preparing high-quality proposals, quotes and tender submissions
  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant, professionally formatted and on-brand
  • Liaising with internal teams to gather required information
Sales Documentation & Collateral
  • Maintaining up-to-date templates, capability statements, brochures and rate cards
  • Supporting branches with approved, consistent sales materials
  • Ensuring all documents align with brand standards
Pipeline & Opportunity Tracking
  • Managing a central register of quotes, tenders and opportunities
  • Tracking progress and prompting timely follow-ups
  • Escalating ageing or at-risk opportunities
Reporting & Sales Insights
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports on client activity and performance
  • Identifying trends, gaps and follow-up opportunities
  • Providing clear insights to support targeted sales activity and informed decision-making
Pricing & Reporting Support
  • Maintaining accurate rate structures and identifying discrepancies
  • Producing clear, reliable reports to support sales activity and decision-making
About You:
You’ll bring:
  • Experience supporting sales teams, ideally within recruitment or a service-based business
  • Strong proposal and tender documentation experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and document formatting skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Excel
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
