The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to organize, control and coordinate the administrative and support functions of the business. The role ensures effective office operations, staff coordination, financial administration and compliance management to support service delivery across multiple client sites.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop, implement and maintain office administrative systems, policies and procedures.

·      Monitor and control payroll processing, staff timesheets and remuneration records.

·      Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable and financial record-keeping systems.

·      Coordinate workforce scheduling and resource allocation to support operational needs.

·      Supervise administrative functions and provide support to operational supervisors.

·      Liaise with clients regarding quotations, contracts, service agreements and issue resolution.

·      Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships and inventory control.

·      Maintain business compliance records, including vehicle registrations and regulatory documentation.

·      Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding processes and staff performance support.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards.

 

Skills & Experience

·      Minimum 2 years relevant experience in office management, business administration or supervisory roles. A bachelor’s degree in related area is a plus.

·      Experience coordinating staff and managing workflow systems.

·      Experience overseeing financial administration and payroll support functions.

·      Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

·      High level of communication and stakeholder management capability.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.

·      Valid driver's licence.

Hours:

·      30-40 hours per week.

Availability:

·      Applicants must be available to work weekends if required.
