The Role
You will join a small building team delivering a wide mix of construction projects across rural Queensland.
You will initially work alongside the owner and senior builder before stepping up to run jobs independently as the business grows.
Day to day work includes:
- Residential new builds and renovation projects
- Government building maintenance and upgrades
- General carpentry including framing, fixing, and cladding
- Assisting with plastering, painting, tiling, and waterproofing
- Fencing and rural property construction work
- Operating Bobcat or site machinery where required
- Supporting the crew to deliver safe and high quality builds
What We Need
- Minimum 10 years construction or building experience
- Strong all round carpentry and general construction knowledge
- White Card and driver licence
- Ability to work independently in a small team
- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to relocate to rural Queensland
