We are a convinient store in the Titahi Bay and operate on all days

We are looking for a Store Manager who can manage the operations of the store independantly.

The ideal candidate must have a diploma at level 4 or above or a minimum of three years of work experience in management.

The tasks require you to

1. Decide the products to be sold and be creative with the needs of the local market

2. Arranging the purchasing of the stock for the business as per the budget

3 decide the price of the stock as per the budget

4. Keeping the record of stock levels as well the financial transactions

5. Ensuring that the facilities comply with the health regulations and comply with health 

and safety regulations

6. Regular checking for feedback with customers around the service provided

7. Regular training to the existing staff and recruit and train new staff when required 

8. Use of efficient marketing and promotional activities to increase sale.

The minimum pay is $33 an hour and the maximum is $35 an hour and you will be gaurenteed 30 hours a week. The store operates from 9 am to 8 pm 7 days a week and it is expected of the store manager to be available when planning the rosters
