Cuddon has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Heat Pump Installer to join their Blenheim team. This role involves installing and servicing residential and light commercial heat pump and air conditioning systems, while supporting wider refrigeration work where required.

This position will suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and excellent customer service. Whether you are experienced in HVAC installation or a capable tradesperson looking to enter a growing industry, Cuddon is prepared to support the right person with training and development.

Role description:

The Heat Pump Installer is responsible for installing and servicing heat pump and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites. The role includes on-site customer interaction, ensuring installations meet quality and safety standards, and supporting refrigeration projects as required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Installation of residential heat pump systems

  • Servicing and maintenance of air conditioning units

  • Assisting with refrigeration system installations

  • Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements

  • Providing professional on-site customer service

This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities: 

  • Experience in HVAC, heat pump or related installation work

  • Strong handyman or practical trade skills

  • Health and Safety focused approach

  • Clean, current driver’s licence

  • Good communication and customer service skills
