We are seeking a highly organized Transport Manager to oversee and control the operations of our growing fleet. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day transport activities of the business, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations in the transportation of goods and passengers. 

Key Responsibilities
 Organise and control the operations of the enterprise’s fleet of vehicles transporting goods and passengers.
 Plan, implement, and monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
 Coordinate activities related to the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of vehicles and freight.
 Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
 Ensure goods are stored and transported in conditions that maintain their quality and safety.
 Organise the purchase, maintenance, and servicing of transport vehicles and equipment.
 Oversee fuel purchasing and usage to ensure cost efficiency.
 Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements where necessary.
 Liaise with clients to determine transport requirements.
 Provide advice and information regarding vehicle types, purchase or hire rates, and service obligations.
 Receive and manage orders and bookings.
 Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
 Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and transport legislation.
 Maintain accurate business records.
 Prepare operational statements, reports, and performance analyses.
 Implement and monitor company policies and procedures.


Skills & Experience
 Must hold at least three years of relevant work experience OR minimum diploma qualification
 Strong organizational and leadership skills.
 Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
 Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and operational planning.

 Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

 Must hold Class 5 driver's license and V endorsement
