Convoy Truckline Limited is Looking for Three Class 5 Truck drivers. The applicant for the position of  needs to hold NZ class 5 Driver License or equivalent if overseas license.

Pay : $31 to $34 per hour depending on experince

Location : Auckland

Minimum Hours : 30 per week

Job Duties:

  • Plan the delivery goods correctly so that they are delivered on time. 
  • Drive trucks on different routes to deliver goods.
  • Supervise load and unload of products from the trucks.
  • Transport all fragile and heavy items carefully.
  • Maintain and update the record of all deliveries.
  • Inspect trucks on a daily basis for cleanliness and good working conditions.
  • Ensure to follow the traffic and driving rules.
  • Collect delivery confirmation from the customers.
  • Monitor and refuel oil in the truck as and when needed.
  • Report if there are any defects in the truck or if it requires maintenance.
  • Be health & safety conscious

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of work experince as a truck driver or any level 2 qualification
  • Able to pass drug and alchohal test randomly
  • Able to drive Mannual trucks
  • Available on weekend and day/night sifts
  • Willing to saty out of town for floating runs.
  • Flexible for working between minimum 30 to maximum 70 hours weekly.
