We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our warehouse operations team.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our warehouse.
An ideal applicant must have at least two years of relevant experience.

  • Job duties include:
    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure provision of
    smooth customer services.
  • Develop policies and procedures to improve service efficiency and handle any
    service failures.
  • Act as the main escalation contact for customer service concerns, and
    oversee the resolution of service leave and billing issues.
  • Lead, coach, and support staff.
  • Focus on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at raising service quality
    and boosting operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are
    developed, kept up-to-date, implemented well-communicated, and aligned
    with business requirements.
  • Identify and analyse issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the overall customer
    experience across the business.
