We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our warehouse.
An ideal applicant must have at least two years of relevant experience.
- Job duties include:
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure provision of
smooth customer services. - Develop policies and procedures to improve service efficiency and handle any
service failures. - Act as the main escalation contact for customer service concerns, and
oversee the resolution of service leave and billing issues. - Lead, coach, and support staff.
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at raising service quality
and boosting operational efficiency. - Ensure Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are
developed, kept up-to-date, implemented well-communicated, and aligned
with business requirements. - Identify and analyse issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the overall customer
experience across the business.
