Natee Tara Thai Massage is a thriving and popular Thai Massage Business in the village court area of Havelock North. Our goal is to provide the very best of service and massage within a stress-free and comfortable environment. We are currently seeking Thai Massage Therapists to join our team. 

Requirements 

• At least 2 years of experience in Thai massage, OR

• A Thai Massage Qualification of 150 hours or more, OR

• The National Skill Standard Testing Level 1 (Traditional Thai Massage), OR

• Related qualifications (NZ Register Diploma or higher; overseas qualifications must be 

  comparable to the standard of New Zealand qualifications).

Job Descriptions

• Massage soft body tissues to relieve discomfort and provide treatment for injuries, wellness maintenance, or medical conditions.

• Utilising a range of massage techniques to enhance sports performance and prevent injury.

• Apply pressure to specific parts of the body to release muscle tension, improve circulation and bring relief from related symptoms.

• Discuss client concerns, medical histories, and specific stresses or pains to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for individual clients that specify massage types, treatment areas, and treatment frequency.

• Employing other Thai massage and related techniques to assist recovery.

• Refer clients to other professionals and therapists when appropriate and necessary to treat additional symptoms.

Other information 

• This is a full-time and permanent position

• Wage payment between $27.00 - $35.00, depending on your skills and experience, and you will be paid weekly

• Holiday pay and sick leave will be paid according to the law

• You will be working at 25 Te Mata Road, Havelock North 4130

• You will work according to a roster 5 - 6 days each week, with a guarantee of 30 hours (a maximum of 48 hours)
