We are seeking a full-time Field Administration Coordinator to lead administrative functions across our field operations, support senior leadership, and ensure the effective documentation and reporting of activities across contracted client sites.

This role combines operational oversight with administrative leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining company documents and reports, leading and coordinating administrative staff functions, and attending and contributing to leadership meetings.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain a wide range of company documents and reports, including field operations records, health and safety documentation, quality control plans, and performance reports
  • Lead and coordinate administrative functions across field operations, providing direction, oversight to ensure consistent administrative standards
  • Manage meeting administration, including preparing agendas, compiling meeting papers, recording minutes, and following up on action items
  • Attend leadership meetings and contribute to strategic and operational planning and decision-making
  • Develop and implement field administration plans, including health and safety protocols, client service schedules, and quality control procedures, ensuring contracted responsibilities are met
  • Coordinate administrative processes relating to recruitment, induction, training, and the performance management of field staff and supervisors
  • Oversee administrative functions of teams of staff, acting as a primary point of contact for supervisors allocated to each field team
  • Implement and monitor budgets associated with field operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and accurate financial reporting
  • Liaise with external parties — including clients, vendors, and suppliers — to support operational delivery
  • Research and implement improved administrative systems, practices, and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
  • Maintain accurate records relating to field operations, including production yields, crop quality, staffing data, and expenses, and report outcomes to Director(s)

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant or transferable experience in business management, operations management, HR administration, or a similar field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare professional documents, reports, and other materials
  • Experience managing or leading teams is an advantage
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends where client requirements demand it
  • Willingness to work in rural settings
  • Clear police record

Pay range: $32 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: This is ongoing and full-time. A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed, with approximately 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) anticipated.
