We are looking for full-time operations manager to join our auckland service management team.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring service delivery meets contractual, quality, safety and financial expectations while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsiblilities:

  • Lead and support area managers within your assigned region.
  • Deliver services on time within budget and in line with contract requirements
  • Achive business goals, revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Plan, evaluate and optimise operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Attend regular client meetings, provide accurate reporting and proactively address issues.
  • Induct and develop direct reports as well as being involved directly with the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and PPCS policies.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a operations manager or similar leadership role.
  • At least 5+ years in operations leadership at a mid-senior level.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • A full, clear drivers licence and willingness to travel withing the region.
  • NZQA Level 3 or 4 Cleaning and Hygine qualification is a MUST
