team to lead brand development, marketing campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement company-wide marketing strategies aligned with overall
    business growth objectives
  • Establish marketing policies, objectives, and performance targets
  • Lead and manage the marketing function across all store locations
  • Plan, manage, and control the annual marketing budget and monitor return on investment
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision- making
  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations to senior management regarding brand positioning and market expansion
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product
    launches, and promotional strategies
  • Supervise marketing staff and coordinate external agencies, media partners, and
    suppliers
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and store operations
  • Prepare regular management reports on marketing performance and business outcomes

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;or
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or business development experience
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
  • Solid market research and reporting skills
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
