We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Head Office
team to lead brand development, marketing campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide marketing strategies aligned with overall
business growth objectives - Establish marketing policies, objectives, and performance targets
- Lead and manage the marketing function across all store locations
- Plan, manage, and control the annual marketing budget and monitor return on investment
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision- making
- Provide strategic marketing recommendations to senior management regarding brand positioning and market expansion
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product
launches, and promotional strategies - Supervise marketing staff and coordinate external agencies, media partners, and
suppliers - Ensure brand consistency across all channels and store operations
- Prepare regular management reports on marketing performance and business outcomes
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;or
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or business development experience
- Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
- Solid market research and reporting skills
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive business growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
