Job Summary
At Fresh Choice Whanganui, the Store Assistants are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure a smooth workflow, maintain high service standards, and deliver a positive customer experience. The role involves assisting staff with operational tasks, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to overall store efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Support service staff in delivering exceptional customer service to all guests.

Assist in day-to-day operations to maintain an efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Help maintain a customer-centric focus by ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Cleaning and maintaining the store, including work areas, dining spaces, and equipment.

Help with stock management: monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with stock replenishment.

Support cost control efforts and contribute to the store’s overall profitability.

Assist with staff schedules and balancing daily workloads.

Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
