Painter

Hours/week: 30-55 hours/week 

We are ASC Homes, calling for painters to join our team.

What will you do:

• work with customers on colour selection and finishes
• erect scaffolding under five meters high (scaffolding over this height must be put up by a registered scaffolder)
• fill holes, cracks and joints, and clean surfaces of dust and dirt
• mix and match paint colours
• cut and hang wallpaper, vinyl and backing paper
•  apply paint and decorative paint finishes such as glazing, graining, marbling and lettering.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the construction industry
• Be able to maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Great attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and adapt
