Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components for renovation works, including
  frames,brackets, railings, balustrades, doors, and structural fittings.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, fabrication plans, and technical
  specifications.
• Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools,
  and by heating and hammering.
• Conduct on-site installation of fabricated materials in accordance with building
  standards.
• Inspect, measure, and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Joining metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting and riveting.
• Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision.
• Finishing products by cleaning, polishing, filing and bathing in acidic solutions.
• Cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, chiselling and grinding.
• Work collaboratively with builders, installers, and project managers to deliver
  high-quality renovation outcomes.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

• NZQF level 4 qualification is required；OR
• At least two years of working experience in the relevant industry
• Physically fit and able to handle materials and equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow Health & Safety regulations at all times.
